1. Access to our website (log files)
When you access our website, data that your browser transmits to the server on which the website content is hosted is automatically stored in log files and, if necessary, processed.

The data is only stored anonymously. IP addresses are replaced by 127.0.0.1 or ::1.

Data processing is essential for the security and operation of the website. The only way to object to data processing is to not access our website.

Obligation/requirement to provide data
The provision of the aforementioned personal data is not required by law or by a contract. However, without the IP address and cookie identifier, the service and functionality of our website cannot be guaranteed. In addition, individual services may not be available or may be restricted.

Purpose and legal basis of data processing
If you contact us by email or telephone, we will store and process your request, including all personal data contained therein (name, request), for the purpose of processing your request.

The legal basis for processing this data is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the effective processing of the requests addressed to us.

Duration of data storage
The data you provide will remain with us until the purpose for which it was stored no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request).

Right to object
You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time on the basis of Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 f) GDPR. To exercise your right of objection to us, please contact either datenschutz@reuschlaw.de or the above address with the addition “The Data Protection Officer”. We will then process your request immediately.

1.Right of access
You have the right to request information about the personal data concerning you that we process in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR.

2. Right to rectification
If the information concerning you is no longer accurate, you have the right to request its rectification in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you have the right to request its completion.

3.Right to erasure
You have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.

4. Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR.

5. Right to data portability
In the event that the requirements of Art. 20 (1) GDPR are met, you have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to third parties. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of log files are essential for the operation of the website. They are therefore not based on consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (1) (a) GDPR or on a contract in accordance with Article 6 (1) (1) (b) GDPR, but are justified in accordance with Article 6 (1) (1) (f) GDPR. The requirements of Article 20 (1) GDPR are therefore not met in this respect.

6. Right to lodge a complaint
If you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority of your choice, in accordance with Article 77 (1) of the GDPR. You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Article 6(1) sentence 1 point (f) GDPR. The controller will then no longer process the personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of log files are essential for the operation of the website.
